Providing Planning and Capital Campaign Management Services to Organizations That Positively Impact Lives and Change Our World.
Watch this space for news regarding four new Planning Studies that we are just starting in:

San Antonio, TX
WPO has been commissioned to lead The Salvation Army in Charlottesville, VA in a tremendous $22 million effort to build a new Center of Hope for the community. The project will completely change the complexion of Army services to the community and provide a single service center for those in greatest need. We are honored to be part of this one and look forward to working with Majors Strong and the Board on this meaningful project.
We are honored to be back in the great State of Texas working on a Capital Campaign for the Salvation Army in Bryan-College Station. The $9+ million effort will allow the Army to consolidate its operations into one facility that will house the shelter operations, social services and the administrative offices. We are very pleased to be working with Captain's Timothy & Andrea Israel on this project and look forward to a successful engagement in the months ahead.
It is an honor to be working with The Salvation Army National Capital Area Command to develop a comprehensive planning study for future operations in the DC/Maryland/Virginia region.
WPO has been selected to manage one of the most complex planning studies in recent memory with The Salvation Army Central Maryland Area Command. The study will involve the creation of new operational facilities, disposition of some existing locations and the development of a remarkably dynamic new face for operations in the Baltimore area. Many thanks to Major Roger and DeeAnn Glick and the Board for the vote of confidence to manage this process.
Major Terry Israel Joins WPO As
It is always a joy to work in the Great State of Texas and we are honored to announce a new partnership with the Billy T. Cattan Recovery Outreach Center in Victoria, Texas. WPO has been commissioned to manage a $9 milion campaign to construct a new 12-bed Detox Center and 40-bed residential recovery center for those who need assistance with substance abuse.
The Daytona Beach Corps has selected WPO to serve as the management team for a regional Planning Study to analyze its overall operations and determine opportunities that may exist with its current properties and locations. We are very happy to be working with Majors Robert and Shannon Winters and the Advisory Board to guide the organization through a comprehensive assessment
